The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center announces the third CD release from its exclusive inhouse label, CMS Studio Recordings. The newest disc commemorates the accomplishments of two American women: Amy Cheney Beach, who was one of the first American women to reach celebrated status as a composer, and Margaret Ann Alsip Frink, who documented her experiences as the proverbial "covered wagon woman" in 1850.
